In the conditions of the emergence of a post-industrial, information-intellectual, inherently innovative economy, as well as with the intensification of international competition for markets and rapidly depleting natural resources, only scientific, technical and innovative activity can provide the country with a worthy place among the technological developed countries.
Reengineering of business processes is one of the ways to increase the innovativeness of an organization. When talking about innovation in education, the first thing that comes to mind is technical and technological innovation. Yes, these innovations are of great importance, but innovations in management processes and auxiliary business processes also play a rather large role. Without optimized and effective auxiliary and supporting processes, management processes, even the best and innovative technologies will not be able to bring the required investment return from their use.
In this work, it is supposed to pay attention to the auxiliary processes and management processes at the Irkutsk State University of Railways.
