Abstract. Migration is an essential element in the history of Latin America. Now, the region has one of the highest levels of migration activity in the world. Due to the fact this process has become a serious challenge for most states, governments are required to provide effective solutions to resolve the migration issue. In the Latin American region, there are no equally similar states, each differ radically from each other, as a result, the country's policy also cannot be like the other. There are the migration situation and the regulatory framework of migrant workers in the countries of the region in this article.
