The article examines the main results of law enforcement practice in the field of intellectual property rights in the EAEU member states in the context of categories of violations, and also reveals the number of counterfeit goods by groups of goods.
It should be noted that the main indicator of the functioning of an effective and balanced system of protection of intellectual property rights in the state is the established law enforcement practice, which ensures the prevention and suppression of violations of intellectual property rights.
In the context of Eurasian integration, the use of common approaches by the EAEU member states in the formation of law enforcement practice is of great importance. In order to assess the effectiveness of law enforcement practice in the EAEU, the information of the authorized bodies of the member states from 2016 to 2019 was summarized and analyzed.
