Аннотация: 

General theoretical bases of digital economy are described in the article. The review of laws, that determine the development of the Russian Federation`s digital economy, is made. There are statistic dates of allocation of budgetary funds for the digital economy’s development in Russia and there is economic assessment of the customs authorities’ transition from electronic customs to intellectual one.
