An analysis of the official reporting of JSC «RJD» in recent years has revealed alarming trends in the change in financial indicators. Comparison of the dynamics of the company's income and expenses reveals a moderate increase in costs in nominal terms, at a rate lower than the level of official inflation, which means an actual steady decrease in costs. In the dynamics of income, there is no stable growth, even nominally, but in real terms, a steady decline is noted. One of the branches of JSC «RJD», which form the revenue side of its budget, is the corporate transport service center (CFTO), which operates through a network of territorial corporate transport service centers (TCFTO). An analysis of the structure and organization of the East Siberian shopping center has revealed a significant potential for increasing activity in the transport market, proposed measures aimed at improving the quality of service to consumers and customers.
