This article contains the results of the study of impacts on the side rail change yarn when changing radii of the curves of the path depends on the magnitude of elevation of the outer rail. During study modelling 3 options for movement of freight wagon in various RADIUS curves for which they were designed: 1) length of transitional curves; 2) value of elevation of the outer rail. Analysis of modelling results showed that the lateral forces in Rails, more curved sections of small radius.
