This article examines human resources, which is an integral part of the labor potential of the enterprise. Human resource potential is the ability and ability of employees of an organization to materialize their qualifications in the framework of achieving the goals of the organization and growth of their own income.
Improving human resources and the quality of labor resources directly affects the activities of the enterprise and is one of the main factors in the growth of labor productivity, increasing profits and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.
