Abstract: 

The object of the study is a system of psychological and sociological testing. The aim of the work is to develop software that implements psychological and sociological testing inside the University of ISTU, through a WEB service deployed on the ISTU server. The practical significance of this thesis work lies in the possibility of introducing the developed software in ISTU in order to implement the system of psychological and sociological testing in ISTU.
