The article deals with the study of the usability of the personal account of the Irkutsk State Transport University student. Using the questionnaire, a study was conducted, which revealed the disadvantages of using feedback and placing the news block in the profile. During the analysis of the results, recommendations were made to eliminate the shortcomings.
