Abstract: 

In this scientific and practical article, normativity is considered as one of the signs of law in relation to the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and also as a sign that determines the source of law. The author analyzes the positions of various authors regarding the classification of judicial practice as sources of law. The position defining judicial practice as a source of law on the basis of federal legislation, materials of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation has been identified and justified. Based on the foregoing, the author comes to the conclusion testifying to the classification of judicial practice as sources of law.
